The placement of the crown is signature to the iconic look of the Seiko 5 Sports range. Positioned at 4 o’clock as opposed to the traditional 3 o’clock location, it adds to the dynamic look and feel of this sporty timekeeping tool. To prevent the watch from extending remaining time underwater, the luminous black bezel is unidirectional, ruling out any risk for error. The second hand is tipped in a red hue, whilst the minute hand is distinguishable for its prominent arrow-shaped tip. Inside the case lies the robust and stealth-like Calibre 4R36 automatic movement with a manual-winding facility.
