Same Day Delivery: Available in Sydney. Calculated at checkout or call us on 1300 725 644 for more details.

Signature on Delivery: Included for all shipments within Australia.

Carriers: We ship with AusPost, StarTrack and DHL.

International Shipping

DHL Express: Available for fast and secure international shipments. Rates and delivery times vary based on destination.

Order Tracking

Click here to track your order status using either the tracking number we've provided, or by entering your order number along with the email associated with your order.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is optional. It covers loss, theft, or damage during transit and makes claims faster and simpler. Without it, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected: if your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2pm (Sydney time) on a weekday are usually dispatched the same day.

Returns

Holiday gift returns: orders placed 1 November to 31 December 2026 can be returned or exchanged until 31 January 2027. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. View our Return & Refund Policy
