A distinctive feature is its Ring Sapphire Bezel, which adds a modern touch to its durable construction. Powered by Eco-Drive technology, it uses any light source for energy, while Atomic Timekeeping ensures superior accuracy by synchronizing with local time signals in four global regions. The black dial is multi-dimensional with applied details, providing a 1/20-second chronograph, world time for 26 cities, and a perpetual calendar.

About Citizen
Citizen traces its roots to the Shokosha Watch Research Institute, set up in 1918 to make Japanese timepieces. Its first pocket watch was completed in 1924 and named CITIZEN by Tokyo mayor Count Shinpei Goto, in the hope that it would be loved by people everywhere. Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. was established in 1930, and in 1952 it introduced the first Japanese-made watch with a calendar.
