The Timex 1990 Moon Phase TW2Y99000 reissues one of the brand's more ambitious dials — a white calendar face carrying a moon phase aperture alongside day, date and month indication, all in gold-tone. It is a busy layout handled cleanly, with the moon disc sitting at twelve and the calendar registers arranged around it. A quartz movement means no winding or setting rituals, and the brown leather strap keeps the whole thing grounded. Water resistant to 50 metres, it is a vintage-inspired watch that actually does something.
