Double case

Get to know our double case construction technology

Select watch models feature a robust double case construction. Some watches have either an all stainless steel outer case, or, an outer case composed of a glass-fiber reinforced resin. The inner case container is made of polished stainless steel. All traser® swiss H3 watches are water resistant. Many watches are equipped with a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-glare coating.

Functional principle

trigalight® are tiny glass tubes which are coated on the inner side with a thin layer of phosphor powder, then filled with a minute amount of tritium gas and sealed airtight. Once the phosphor powder is exposed to the electrons from the tritium gas, it excites the phosphor to emit light in different colors. The light is visible in both low light and complete darkness.
